I could forecast her disaster by
The different shades of gray in the sky
Monotonous moments made up
And mouth me the words you’re waving goodbye

I await surprises so much
Nothing much surprises me

I must have had enough now I
Stand here with my face in the mirror
And I can see inside myself
I think that things can’t get any clearer

And I will wait another year
To mobilize my legs to the prize

Must have caught another cold
Standing under rain clouds on a hot summer day
And an attempt to kill myself
Might just be the only thought that takes it away

I put it in the black of my memory
With the sunrise of that look in her eyes
