First thing this morning my boss insults me. Called me lazy. Told me I do nothing but stand around and drink coffee all day! lol. omg it pissed me off. I said that’s bull shit. I've been working there for 2 and a half years and I practically run that store from 10 to 5 every fucking day it is open. I told him I was going to start clocking out for an hour everyday and leaving for lunch and he just kept going on to say that i take 4 hour long breaks just standing around bullshitting. Then I basically told him fuck you, you are pissing me off, and walked away. Locking myself in the bathroom to try and catch my cool. Had to hit the wall and feel the sting in a few of my knuckles before I could finally stop shaking and go back to work. As soon as I got off work I went across the street and talked to their owner about applying for a manager trainee position. She wants me to bring in my resume tomorrow. I plan on going out job hunting again at the bars, clubs, and hotels asap. I sure as hell do not want to stay there much longer. I guess it could be worse... I could be flipping burgers or making pizza still. lol. Never going back into that again. bleh.

It would be nice if I could just get paid to promote and manage bands. I'm going to try talking some of these kids into hiring me to find them gigs and make them websites.

Dude, that sucks...  There's nothing worse than being unappreciated at work when you bust your ass for not enough money. (Or, when they say they appreciate you, but still don't give you enough money, and expect you do be superemployee and do everything... no, I'm not talking about my current job, but that's a long story for another day.)

Yes, you should definitely be considering other options...  You'll find something better, I know. :-) And be confident that your boss will feel your absence after you're gone!
